We want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns:
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Custom Orders:
Please note that “Custom-Made” or “Personalized” items are exempt from the 14-day return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at witzyfun@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund right away.

Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
