made-to-order especially for you, specific terms and conditions apply to cancellations, returns, and damages.

Order Cancelation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me immediately via email at witzyfun@gmail.com or through
the contact form on my About Me page.
Before Shipment: If production has not yet resulted in shipment, your order can be cancelled. However,
please note that any non-refundable payment processing fees or transaction commissions charged by the
payment gateway provider will be deducted from your total refund amount.
After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, the transaction cannot be cancelled in transit.
Should a return be processed after delivery, the buyer is strictly responsible for covering all original and
return shipping expenses.
Custom and Made-to-Order Nature
Every piece is uniquely prepared and hand-painted upon receiving your order. Due to the highly customized
and time-intensive nature of this handcrafted work, returns or refunds based on a change of mind
(remorse returns) cannot be accepted. Please ensure you review dimensions, production timelines, and
descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Crucial Recommendation (Unboxing Video): I highly recommend filming a continuous, unedited video
of yourself opening the package when it arrives. This documentation serves as vital proof should we
need to file an official dispute against the shipping provider.
Solutions and Customer Satisfaction
While I am not liable for postal damages, my ultimate goal is your happiness. If your item arrives with issues, I
am fully committed to working with you on the following goodwill solutions:
Minor and Repairable Issues: If your miniature arrives with minor cosmetic issues or components
detached that can easily be fixed with a drop of adhesive, please let me know. Upon receiving photos of
the issue, I will gladly issue a special discount code for your next order as a gesture of appreciation for
your understanding.
Severe/Irreparable Damages: If the product arrives completely destroyed or damaged beyond repair, I
am prepared to rebuild and repaint a brand new piece for you. In this scenario, we will collaborate to seek
compensation from the carrier using your unboxing video. To receive a replacement item, the buyer agrees
to cover the cost of the new shipping fee.
