Processing Times:
Because many of our items are handmade to order or require final hand-painted touches, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend slightly, but we always strive to get your magic to you as fast as possible.
Shipping Rates & Estimates:
France: 2-4 business days via La Poste / Colissimo.
European Union: 5-10 business days.
International (USA, Canada, etc.): 10-20 business days depending on customs processing.
Packaging:
We understand that our dioramas and statues can be delicate. We use professional-grade cushioning and protective wraps to ensure your order survives its journey through the “muggle” postal system.
Tracking:
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a link to follow its progress.
